How can i fix out of order seasons or episode

Hey all,

 

First of all +++++++ and more +++++ for developing such a nice and good program.

 

So far its great and working nice on most part, thats why i am here to make it perfect.

Most movies and series are put in good order and nice meta date, but some not.

 

So how can i fix a problem like this:

Do i need to rename them or can i also ad this 1 seperate and just keep the order of the folder it self because this is many to rename.

I have other series with the same problem but most are instant correct.

Also found 1 serie where all episode show 3 time the same, but when i check the folder where it is in there is only 1 episode not 3.

Check also other folders in the same partation but only 1 time that show.

I hate it when tv series are name 103 or 308 etc rather than S01E03 etc.  Can cause all sorts of headaches.

You can make a batch file to rename them all rather than manually changing every one?

I myself have never used it so I can't comment if it works or not.  I just found it with a quick google search.

Most of them have the correct name like S01E03 but some are still old date before data like that whas used or metadate.

 

How do a batch file like that work will look in 2 both options.

if you're going to use the renamer, then that should pretty much take care of this. otherwise if you want to investigate, we're happy to help. please show us what the folder contents look like. screenshots would be great, thanks.

Also I'd manually edit the episode:  10. Bleach 206 to s02e06.   It has the text "110 years" in the title which is causing it to  appear after episode 110.  After you're happy with all the metadata I'd lock that episode.

Well i need to redo the hole bleach map, because i made a stupid mistake i thought i removed them from the folder in emby but i delete the full thing from my hd by deleting option in emby.

Did not knew that it would delete it from my hdd.

 

But that where my torrents still have all the dvd in my collection so i am going upload those to my nass and see if those 1 are in the correct order.

after some tweaking other show with sugestions like u guys said its fixed.

so thnx for the help, man so funny i could not get it to work on plex most of my shows and here it works most out of the box and some file's only with tweaking.

 

So i can say u guys have a superior program than plex and i will recomand this over plex to my friends.
