EMC Library Gone after Server Update?

Good day!  I was a couple minor versions behind on my server and finally decided to let the server app restart to finish installing.  I'm now on 3.2.40 (was on 3.2.3x before, not too far behind).  After updating, I've tried launching EMC on both of my PCs and to my dismay, they don't see any libraries.  There are Folders and Collections showing, but nothing in them (screenshot attached).  I've attached an EMC log.  Looking further, this may not be EMC, I don't think I see them in the web either, but I don't really use that often, so not sure if it's configured.

Sure!  On it now.

It's at 72%, but I already see Libraries appearing.  THat looks like that will probably do the trick.  A little embarrassed it was so simple and logical!

Ok, phew!  That seemed to do the trick.  I had to set all my views back up, but looks like everything is there.  Thanks, Luke!
