Library Scan crashes Emby Server on Windows 10 (Version 3.2.36.0)

I am not sure if this is related to the other thread regarding crashing, so I started a separate thread in case it is a totally different problem.

 

Running Emby on Windows 10 pro, no issues, until recently it crashes regularly. By removing plugins and starting scheduled tasks manually, I believe I have pinned the problem down to something that is happening during library scan, where the crash seems to happen around the 70-80% mark (judging by the point at which the browser stops updating)

 

Logs of crashes attached* - please let me know what other information I can provide to help diagnose?

*Note one log file has a manual restart after uninstalling the auto-boxset plugin that seems to cause issues on the other thread. All other logs are where I've manually started the server and it's crashed shortly afterwards

Not quite sure why the auto update didn't catch this, but to be honest, I'm not really bothered now it works :-)
