Emby server transcodes x256 to x264

Hey guys,

 

i just noticed that, while watching a x265 4K movie, emby transcodes movies despite their original codec always to x264.

 

I'm not too deep into video transcoding, but should emby not transcode x265 -> x265?

Hi @@L3Nerd, transcoding to h265 would be too much for most users CPUs to handle. That's what makes h264 more practical.

Just tested manually h265 -> h265 vs h265 -> h264. (8fps vs 40fps)
