auto organise not detecting a multiple show

Helix.S01E01-E02.HDTV.x264-2HD.mp4

the server accepts s01e01-e02 via scan library as multi episode..but  via auto organise it just sees one episode. e01

my mistake its moving to s01e01-02 format..will check my settings
