No Changelog for server versions readily available?

I got a notification this morning that my server was updated and needs a reboot to complete the update.  I come to the forums and there is no information/changelog on this new version?

 

How is there not a sticky with this information and how is not posted at the same time the server version is made available for distribution?

Thank you.  I think it would helpful to post a link to these in a stickie on the forums here as I'm sure this it the place most come to for any and all Emby related info.
