Solution Luke 42077 Posted August 28, 2017 Solution Posted August 28, 2017 Hi, make sure all of your plugins are fully up to date. Thanks. 1
scubafossil 0 Posted August 28, 2017 Author Posted August 28, 2017 Thank you Luke. All my plugins were out of date. Thought they were getting auto updated. Updating fixed this problem along with some weird ones I was having with Kodi update addon. Is there a way to make them auto update? or atleast not have to go to the catalog and do them 1 by 1? Thank you, Scubafossil
Luke 42077 Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Hi, they do auto-update, it's just that in this case it did not happen immediately after your update and that's why you had a problem.
Dawirik 0 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 I am having a problem with Auto-Organize not moving my files to the proper folders. When I try to add the manually, it gives me an "Internal Server Error". I have checked my folder permissions and they are correct. Emby Server is version 3.2.30.0 and I'm running it on Linux Mint 18.2. Auto-organize is version 1.0.6447.37135. Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to fix this. It was working Sunday, but today it is not. Thanks in advance.
Luke 42077 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Hi @@Dawirik, can you please attach the emby server log? you can learn how to do that here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/ Thanks !
Dawirik 0 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Here is my latest server log. I hope this helps.
Dawirik 0 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 No. The file is only 152k and for whatever reason, it will not upload the file to the message. Is there another way I can send it to you?
Dawirik 0 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 I added it to Dropbox. Here is the link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qhnh3edczwph4tq/server-63640858385.txt?dl=0 Let me know if you can get it now.
Luke 42077 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Hi, is this the log from the time of the auto-organize attempt? I do not see that activity. Thanks.
Dawirik 0 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Sorry, I uninstalled and before I reinstalled you asked for the log. I must have sent you the log after the reboot. Here is the lasted log after I reinstalled and ran the plugin. https://www.dropbox.com/s/tw1j7c8g9ko31q2/server-63640859731.txt?dl=0 Is this the correct one?

Dawirik 0 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Thanks Luke, I reset permissions for all the files and folders. That fixed the problem I was having. Everything seems to be working now.
