I am having playback problems on all devices. I can get to my Emby server on all devices. Android on 4G/WIFI, Windows 10 PC, PS4 web browser etc. I have Emby premium. I can see all content I can try to play a movie/episode but when it plays I one or the other of the following: one get a black screen, two it goes right back to the movie/TV show screen, three it try to play each episode of the TV series.

Hi.  Please attach (don't paste in) the entire log file from the server and any ffmpeg logs.  Basically, please provide the information in: How to Report a Problem

I didn't have a option to get the log file on Android . I got no error messages. I tried to post a screen shot of the black screen it keeps telling me upload failed. I will jump onto my PC and see if I can get it...

Okay, your max bitrate is set extremely high (you may be on auto).  I cannot see the info on this particular item (Ghost in the shell) but it is possible that it is just too high of a bitrate for the device you are playing on to handle.  Try setting a very low bitrate max in the app and see if it plays.  If so, try moving the setting higher until it doesn't play and then back it back down to the last successful one.

Thanks for the help! I believe that fixed it everything is playing fine. Connects over 4G so I assume it works on WIFI other than my home Network.
