hpmueller1 6 Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 Hi, the current implementation of Theme Videos does not work too well when you select an external device with the Play-To-Button. Emby immediatly switches playback of the Theme Video in the WebGui-Backdrop to the external device, and also switches off the Play-To. So, to be able to actually playback an Episode, you eighter have to select the external device twice, or wait until the theme-video has finished playing... Any chance, this could be changed so eigher the video in the backdrop is excluded from the Play-To-Button (and the video keeps playing in the backdrop), or at least to disable the switching of the theme video to external device so the external device stays selected...? Solution Luke 42083 Posted June 5, 2017 Solution Posted June 5, 2017 Thanks for the report. The clearing of the player is a definite defect and that is resolved for the next release. As far as not transferring the theme playback at all, that is probably a good idea but we'll look at it more detail in the future. thanks ! 1
