Something new when launching Emby server on my PC

Hi All...

 

Just a quick question, for the last few days whenever I restart my PC and Emby launches, I get a pop-up from windows asking me if I want to install an app and allow it to make changes to my computer. There are several variably named executable files in my Emby cache/temp folder. Does anyone know what this is or if I should go ahead and allow the install? When I googled it, I found out that vcredist_x64.exe is a legitimate process file, but viruses can be masquerading themselves with this file name.

 

Any ideas?

Also, if I delete the file from the folder, it's back then next time I relaunch Emby.
