Server won't start: visual runtime 2015 complaint

When I restart the server, it comes with a message telling me that Visual Runtime 2015 now will be installed. When I click ok, nothing happens. When I manually download the runtime, it states another version is allready installed and quits the process.

 

Any help would be great. It's striking how dependant I became of this piece of software (:

Uninstall the version you already have and install the newer version.

 

Then start Emby.

about this, I restarted Emby this morning (as required by 3.2.16) and the splash screen was stuck for a couple minutes when I noticed in the taskbar, there was 2 Emby windows, the splash screen being bigger, it was covering a smaller Emby windows asking to install Microsoft Visual "something"

The "Microsoft Visual C++" pop-up is behind the Emby Splash so you have to manual find out what the pop is.
