Jdiesel 1431 Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 (edited) When starting a show from the on now tile on the homescreen or live tv submenu playback fails with the error "Video Error malformed data". First I tried starting the stream from the on now tile, it failed with the above error. Then I successfully started the same channel from the guide. Edited May 1, 2017 by Jdiesel
Jdiesel 1431 Posted May 1, 2017 Author Posted May 1, 2017 Yes it is an IPTV channel. Seems to start fine from the Android and Web app "On Now" tiles just not on the Roku.
Solution ebr 16178 Posted May 1, 2017 Solution Posted May 1, 2017 Yeah, that's just why no one else was reporting it. Would only be a problem for an IPTV channel. Please test it with the next beta when you get it. 1
