Seeing double recordings in live TV

Please see the screenshot below which was taken less than an hour ago.  When recording a show, I end up getting two records pointing to the same one show.  This seems to happen with both one off recordings and series.  Additionally, the ID that's associated with each show looks to be different.  If I delete the show from Windows explorer or the GUI, both associated shows dissappear.  As far as I am aware, I thought the only place dictating the location of recordings was the single field inside of SWMC, but it almost seems like that location is being checked in two different places.  I also confirmed that I only have one instance of SWMC running.

 

I attached an MBS log file as well, however, I had to chop it up to get the file to a manageable size that I could upload.  I mostly removed data prior to 6 PM today and all the bloat from those episode guide scans. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist with this. Thanks!

This typically happens because the recorded tv folder is also entered as a 'watched' folder in wmc.  If you post a link to the swmc log it should show the problem.
