Can you attach the corresponding server log? both of these recordings do not have graceful stops which means something abruptly terminated them.

@@Luke This is the first server log after those recordings. Hope this is the right file :)

Hi @@Luke have you had a chance to review my server log? Thanks

Everything appears normal, and then at the very end we try to issue a command to ffmpeg to gracefully close it. For some reason it does not close within 5 seconds so at that point we just terminate it.

I'm going to increase that amount of time that we wait so that hopefully it will close on it it's own.

Thanks @@Luke, will this fix be rolled into the next release?

Yes.

@@Luke just so you know, this issue still persists in 3.2.5.

Try grabbing a newer ffmpeg from here:

https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/

You can then set it up in the emby server dashboard under the Transcoding menu. Thanks.

@@Luke I have Shark 007 Codec Pack installed on my server machine which I believe installs a version of ffmpeg as part of the package. Do you know if this could cause compatibility issues with emby?

No, it should not.
