Beta - no livetv but see livetv

I have no livetv, but the "on now" box appears, that is supposed to show the guide.. click that and bam, guide shows nothing but the frame. This task can never end, and the app is stuck on this screen. Press back, prompts the are you sure you want to exit.

 

The "on now" guide button should only show if the user has livetv capability.

Ha.  Yeah, I had that working properly, then changed how it works and forgot to check that results actually came back before adding the guide button.  Thx.
