You did say that, but you didn't say how to fix it, so I tried other methods. Is my only option to really wipe out my whole server, and have to recreate all my user accounts and have all my playstate getting erased?

To preserve watch data as part of this process see here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/10427-how-to-migrate-emby-server A better fix obviously would be for us to improve the cleanup of dead content in the database. in this situation if those f:\\ paths are still valid then that's why they're not getting cleaned up. for a future release i'll also look at having it check against library definitions. 1
