No Libraries are shown at all

Hi everyone ,

 

Suddenly, yesterday when I try login to my emby at Home page it just keeping loading with loading indicator (screenshot attached).

 

I have try to restart it and clear the cache ... but still the same

 

Could you please find the problem to me? ...

 

my emby server running on ubuntu server 12.04

Server ver: 3.1.2.0

Hi, it looks like you entered bad data somewhere. Go go

 

/var/lib/emby-server/root/default

 

Then in each subfolder delete the options.xml file.

 

Please note, this will reset settings for your Emby libraries. After starting up the server you will need to go into library setup and click on each library and reconfigure. For the next release of Emby Server we will update it to better handle this situation. Thanks !

Hi Luke,

 

I have fixed it 

 

yesterday I have problem with Kodi so as this post I deleted the everything between the nodes

 

after restarting the server the issue appeared .. I compare the "system.xml" file with other beta server I have. I found that  I need to delete the node:

 

<PathSubstitution>

</PathSubstitution>

 

and replace it with only

 

<PathSubstitutions />

 

 

Now everything is working perfectly
