revengineer 142 Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 I am completely lost with the kodi plugin and apologize in advance for any duplication. Trying to play a movie on kodi installed on a different machine than the emby server, I get the error "unable to direct play m:\movies\...". Of course this does not work because the M: drive is on the server and not the kodi machine. There used to be path mapping feature but I can no longer find this in v 3.1.2. If someone could point me exactly to where I have to go to in the server or the kodi application to make the mapping that would be great. Thank you for your help and patience in advance.
Solution pünktchen 1409 Posted December 29, 2016 Solution Posted December 29, 2016 The path substitution is a per library setting now. Just go to your libraries in Embys dashboard and edit one of those. It's right under the field where you've set your local path. 1
