Version 3.1.1 not yet available or...available?

So, I have the

 

"Version 3.1.1 is now available for download.

Please login to DSM and go to Package Center to update."

 

On my dashboard. But when I go to package center on my SYNO 1813+ nothing shows up (still on the same Version 3.0.8500.0-1), is this normal behaviour or am I missing something?

 

Cause I can only think that it's not been compiled yet...
