Why would this file transcode and not direct play?

Hey, i have a file which i created. It is h.264, AVC Video and AAC audio. on all devices, web, roku etc it transcodes. i would like to get this file to direct play. its only 22mb. would like to keep it 1080p if possible.

nevermind, sorted it myself. upping the bitrate on the roku allowed it to direct play. so i'm guessing i need to compress the video more so that my remote users can direct play it rather than transcode
