Autoboxsets and incorrect coverart treatment of banners

Title says it all.  It's small, but you can see the banner is being treated with the boxset setting.

Can you find the log where that treatment was actually created?

Never mind.  I reproduced it.  I think we just have never had banners for box sets before.

Update to the beta I just put up (4.0.5.0).  Unfortunately, you'll have to manually delete the enhanced images that were created before but any new ones should be correct now.
