Hi @@Luke

Not sure whats happening, but a bunch of episodes got recorded this evening, even though i have selected "new episodes only" and they were not marked as new in the guide either.

Log attached and the examples are Emby recording "NCIS" season 13 (now in season 14) and "New Girl" season 3 (now in season 6).

Any idea's?

No, the fact that they were recorded is not really interesting. Try to catch it sooner at the time they are scheduled and then we can dig deeper. thanks.

Ok, they are all set up as series recordings and were not in the scheduled recording list when i checked at about 5pm.

However, it looks like something went wrong with the recordings as it has 3 episodes still in active recordings from 4 hours ago and failed to record any of them. So maybe that caused the problem.

Ok, its happening right now so i grabbed a bunch of screenshots and the logs. There was no scheduled recording of "Lethal Weapon" this evening and its not even on the schedule for this week (it is for next week however...)

So it started recording what it thinks is "lethal weapon" but is actually the baseball game as you can see in the attachments. If it was being visibly scheduled i could have got data beforehand, but it doesn't show advanced warning, just starts recording and that is when i saw it.

Let know if i can get any data you need while its recording for the next hour or so.

Thanks.

Lethal weapon was scheduled, it's in the log. What probably happened is the program schedule changed along the way due to the game and the series recording process didn't account for that, which is something that we need to improve on.

Thanks Luke, I thought it might be something like that. I had assumed though that a guide refresh (which runs twice a day) would update and add/remove/change any recording time changes.

Thanks again,

Erik
