Emby not downloading all metadata (images)

I add a new movie and only the .nfo, folder.jpg, and backdrop.jpg get downloaded. If I then go to metadata manager- movies- edit images, all images are downloaded automatically. I don't hit refresh or anything, the images start to pop up and save into the movie folder. It happens every time when it was working fine before.

In many cases we just store the image url and don't download until the image is needed. If you would like to change this behavior you can adjust it for each individual library by clicking on the library in server setup.
