eremid 0 Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 (edited) Hello, Since the last update (Version 3.0.8100.0), "Path Substitutions" doesn't seem to work. I follow the explanation : To configure network shares, edit an existing media library, then click on one of the existing folders. You'll then be able to map a network path to a library path. My folder /mnt/nas have aShared network folder with \\my_ip\tv But in my Kodi, the file path is //my_ip/tv and not \\my_ip/tv and the media are not found Any idea ? Thanks a lot Edited October 16, 2016 by eremid
Luke 42077 Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 Hi, welcome. Can we see a screenshot of the folder setup screen? thanks.
Luke 42077 Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 i think the network path should change the / to \ You can test this outside of emby with just a file browser. 1
Solution solabc16 379 Posted October 15, 2016 Solution Posted October 15, 2016 (edited) Hello Yes, should definitely be backslashes when configured in this environment. There are some notes in this Wiki article on path substitution: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Synology-:-Setting-Up-Your-Media-Library-Share - James Edited October 15, 2016 by solabc16 1
