fantaxp7 191 Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 I get the [object Object] error when trying to log into the ios app and the web app. I've tried deleting the server and re-inviting myself but that does not work.
fantaxp7 191 Posted October 17, 2016 Author Posted October 17, 2016 Bump. I mean you could tell me I'm dumb or something 1

fantaxp7 191 Posted October 18, 2016 Author Posted October 18, 2016 and what happens when you click OK? an ios update will be rolling out today. let me know if the issue persists with that. thanks. It just bounces me back to the server list. Ok will do, thanks.
fantaxp7 191 Posted October 18, 2016 Author Posted October 18, 2016 App updated today and it still does this. Also http://app.emby.media/ does the same exact thing. Some sort of emby connect issue?
Luke 42085 Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 What exact steps are you taking to create the problem?
fantaxp7 191 Posted October 18, 2016 Author Posted October 18, 2016 What exact steps are you taking to create the problem? Anytime I choose my server it happens. I've tried removing it from the list and re-associating my username within the server config, accepting the invite, and it continues to happen. Oddly enough one of my users that connects has the same problem while another reports they do not.... Also I am able to connect ok to other people's servers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
fantaxp7 191 Posted October 19, 2016 Author Posted October 19, 2016 Is this error on a specific device? It is on my iphone and on chrome/firefox on a pc
Solution Luke 42085 Posted October 20, 2016 Solution Posted October 20, 2016 The issue is probably that your server needs to be updated. 1
fantaxp7 191 Posted October 20, 2016 Author Posted October 20, 2016 (edited) The issue is probably that your server needs to be updated. Interesting, I use docker and it auto updates, currently says 3.0.5972.0 Is this a docker issue, not being to the latest? EDIT: So even though the emby docker did not indicate an update was available, I clicked force update and I am on latest. Thanks Edited October 20, 2016 by fantaxp7
