Emby Server 3.0.7300 Problem installing

I installed the new Emby server update but when I tried to launch it. It only goes 3/4 way and stops. Also I get a error "Unhandled exception. One or more errors" I tried to re install from the website and get the same problem. Also uninstalled and tried to reinstall it, no luck.

Without the log it is hard to say, have you tried restarting the machine and reinstallings?

I did that twice....But I will try it again. Also I tried to unistall the Emby server, but I did not check mark all the boxes and remove all traces of the server maybe I should do that, and reinstall the server?

Prefix already in use.

Are you sure something else on that system isn't using the same ports?

 

Did Emby by chance get installed twice?  Legacy install "MediaBrowser-Server" and new install "Emby-Server"

After uninstalling Emby server and Emby WMC, I finally got it to work. Looks like what Happy2Play said maybe Emby was installed twice? On thing I want to say, I could not uniinstall Emby server completely, I would get a error about the shortcuts to Emby Server. But what I did do, I restarted the computer and re installed Emby Server and Emy WMC and was good to go.
