Schedules Direct error when adding XMLTV guide provider

I was re-configuring the guide data as I had changed channel packages.  When I went to edit my XMLTV configuration I received an error

 

Alert

There was an error adding the lineup to your Schedules Direct account. Schedules Direct only allows a limited number of lineups per account. You may need to log into the Schedules Direct website and remove others listings from your account before proceeeding.

 

 
Note: Should probably fix that spelling error (proceeeding = > proceeding)
I thought that was odd so I deleted the guide configuration and then tried adding a new one.  When I try to save the guide configuration, the same error occurs.

It can't find the file

C:\Applications\zap2xml\xmltv.xml

It just happens to be displaying the wrong errror message. thanks.
