Problem switching servers

The switching servers option has never worked properly for me on Amazon FireTV.  When choosing the switch server option, it does show me both servers I use in the list, however once I choose a server, it always show me the user list from the first server that was used.

Scenario:

Login to Server #1,  User list for Server #1 shows proper, Loging as User X works great

Switch Server to Server #2,  User list shows users from Server #1 (including user images)

Switch back to server #1,  shows server #1 users properly

The only way I'm ever able to login to server #2 is by manually re-entering server #2 address or clearing cache..

I've tested this using the new Windows UWP App on Xbox One, server switching works perfectly there..

Thanks

I just tested this (actually do it all the time) and could not reproduce that problem.  My guess is that it is unable to connect to the second server so it falls back to the only one it can find.

Can you please follow the instructions to send a log from the app under the Android TV section here: How to Report a Problem

Thanks.

If it does fall back, it is not falling back properly as even tho selecting server#2 shows the user list of server #1, attempting to login using any of those users just fails.

I will submit logs.

BTW:  Server #1 is local,  Server #2 is remote.  However both servers connect just fine as long as server  #2 the address is entered manually each time..

Using the WIndows UWP app (same server addresses/names), it is able to negotiate this without issue (remembers both servers and switches between them seamlessly).

The problem appears be that the App remembers the remote machines local IP address instead of its Public DNS name.  My local server and remote server use the same address on their respective local networks.  When I go to the change server list, the names show properly, however they both list the same local ip address.
