SomebodySysop 2 Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 (edited) Just in the past day, my guide screen has gone blank. I checked and my subscription is active, but the guide data is empty. I have clicked the refresh button with no success. It just started. The same problem on 3 different computers I tried it on (Chrome browser). Just checked -- I don't see Guide or Channels. I use schedules direct and that subscription is still active. Any suggestions? Solution SomebodySysop 2 Posted September 20, 2016 Author Solution Posted September 20, 2016 Solved. There was a power blackout last night and apparently my hdhomerun tuner didn't reboot and/or connect to network correctly. Restarted it and refreshed guide. Problem solved. 1
