Moved Emby to a new server and now no TV

So like the title says, I moved my Emby server to a different PC.  The old PC is still running ServerWMC.  Everything works except live tv.  It says, "Video Error. There was an error playing the video. Please ensure there is an open tuner available."

I know it's something stupid.  It's been so long since I played with this I can't remember where to look though...  Fortunately ServerWMC/pvrWMC is still working great with Kodi through all this or I'd be dead since there is football on.

And it was in fact something stupid.  I forgot to reinstall the ffmpeg encoder.
