What happens to "played" counters if I change folder structure?

I'd like to move some of my TV shows and movies to other directories. Will the "played" counters for various users be retained, or does EMBY start from scratch and consider the media as new?

they are associated to moviedb/tvdb ids, so generally with movies and tv you'll be ok. with home videos they will be lost unless you have enabled the nfo user data sync feature, although that is limited to just a single user.
