ghostguy 6 Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 (edited) running MBS ver : 3.0.5115.35703 MBT ver: 3.0.5097.22952 Windows 7 SP1 When the screensaver launches and is running less then 2 hours ish , everything works as it supposed to. If the screensaver is running more then 2 hours, once you try to wake up MTB it's locked up with the Windows error window that reads "Microsft Framework error" MTB will no respond and it takes End task of booth screensaver and MTB int the Task menu to get MBT to close and realunch for it to work correctly I tried taking a screen capture but it wouldn't work while MTB was frozen If necessary I can take a cell phone pic if need be I also can't ALT tab to switch programs to check the MBS log until after I close MBT and screensaver HELP Edited January 11, 2014 by ghostguy
robnix 3 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 I had the same issue for a while. Ran Windows Update and updated the client, the problem went away.

robnix 3 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Try uninstalling MBT and reinstalling it. I'm not sure if MBT is actually updating from the client right now.

Luke 42077 Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 mbt does autoupdate, but it's very unobtrusive about it. it's just like the chrome browser in fact. it downloads updates, which then apply the next time you restart the application. in the top right hand corner you'll see a restart icon that lights up
