Can't add "Collections" to My Media folders

I use to be able to add Collections to the list of My Media folders. Now the only way to get to Collections is open one of My Media folders and hit the link there.

I am using Auto Box Sets, like I have for the last year. I remember under settings there was a box to check about collections but now I can't find anything relating to it. 

 

I just reformatted my PC and reinstalled the latest server build. The Collections folder use to show with the rest of "My Media", but no longer.

Was this a change that I missed? 

 

Any ideas?
