Emby Merged two shows together

Hello,

 

I'm currently running Emby server 3.0.5986.0.    I have two versions of the original star trek series.   1) The Original DVD version listed in order of original Air Date  and 2) The Remastered Star Trek, that is listed in production code.

 

On my Hard Drive, they are listed in the following folders    1) Star Trek  2) Star Trek Remastered.

 

I have had no problems with it, where when I would access it via emby it would be listed as two separate shows.    I'm not too sure what update this happened with, but with the current version emby has decided to merge the two.

 

So if I go into Star Trek,  it'll show me the three seasons, but in each season, I will have two episode 1s, and 2s etc...   One for the original and one for the remastered.

 

The Metadata Manager shows only the one show, but double the episodes in each season.

 

is there a way I can separate the two again?
