Scan Media Library fails, parentPath value cannot be null

Hi everyone,

 

This happened a few days ago, but I only noticed this morning.

 

The media scanner isn't updating with new material, and it says that its failed.

The exact error is "Scan media library failed. Value cannot be null. Parameter name: parentPath"

 

I have attemped reinstalling newer versions of the server, including the beta and dev channels, to no avail.

 

 

 

I have attached the logfile to help with determining the cause of this and solving it.

Hi, try shutting down the server, find the server's system.xml file under /config, then delete the section titled ContentTypes. 

[No_Username 2]
