Username with & (Ampersand) in It.

Good afternoon,

 

I recently downloaded and installed the new Emby Theater v 2.4.5.  It looks great!  I do have one small problem with it, though.

 

My wife and I share a profile named Mom&Pop, and we have a password set.  When Emby Theater loads, I can click on the Mom&Pop icon just fine, but on the "Please Sign In" screen, it puts the username in as just Mom.  It's not a big deal, I can click on it and type in the &Pop part, enter the password and it works.  But we'd like to use it in the Living Room with just a remote, which makes it difficult.

 

Is that something you guys can address in a future release of Emby Theater?

yeah same issue just took the "&" out of the username

The server won't let you create a name like this anymore so the best thing to do is just rename the user.
