Server not accepting mb3 supporter key

Been running server with no issues for a while. I reloaded my server from scratch yesterday and when i put my mb3 supporter key into the server area and hit save, nothing happens. Supporter coin doesn't turn gold like it used to or anything. I even tried my legacy keys to no avail. Tried the link keys tab too, nothing. Maybe I'm missing something?

well i went ahead and did an OS rollback to before i isntalled mbs. fresh installed mbs, skipped adding a library, went straight to supporter key and put in my mb3 key. here is the resulting log. mind you, all this was done ON THE SERVER point blank. i rolled out my vga cable, hooked up the keyboard and mouse and did this all from the real console.

Actually I lied. yesterday's server release is working for me without any trouble. when you enter your supporter key it reloads the page and displays a gold icon in the top right. that's something we can improve to make it clearer, but it is working.

can you try closing the chrome tab with the dashboard in it and try this again. just go straight to the key entry page, don't go into the cover art area. thanks. if that doesn't work, just give it a quick test in another browser. thanks.

this is on a headless server with ie 8, so even if i remote straight into the server, i can't use the dashboard locally because ie8 doesn't display anything about mb3 server correctly.

try it again, we had a hosting outage yesterday for a few hours that would have prevented it from validating.

hell, i just tried to uninstall it all and try from scratch, it won't even uninstall. something about switching users and other users using it, etc etc, even though i shut every client off 100%. cool...

So after hitting yes on the last prompt, i chose to install mbs again and it clearly wasn't uninstalled because it reloaded with all my current parameters.

My coin does NOT turn gold. The page reloads, blanks out the password area and nothing else happens. None of my paid stuff like coverart, themes etc are working.

ok that's a regular OS prompt, not one of ours. it's saying you have other users logged into the box at the same time. so maybe something like your account and the service account and having both active is preventing the uninstall. something to that effect.

can you check the server log for errors. i think the supporter key entry page needs to be improved so that it provides more feedback to the user. it's possible there was an error but it just didn't tell you about it.
