FireTV issue

So emby has been working fine but in the last day or so Emby opens to the loading screen, then the screen goes black. After 10-15 seconds the app auto closes and goes back to the fireTV home screen.

I included the portion of the log that includes the time. If you need the full log ill include it too, but the server said it was too large to include.

There compressed it to all hell haha thats the full file. The time i opened the appp was around 6:30 and it closed on its own at 6:31/32 May 14th(today)

Would you mind doing a quick test. Can you remove the kodi sync plugin and then see if the issue persists? thanks.

Another issue I've had, it's kind of random so I'm. Not sure how to reproduce this, sometimes movies don't have sound and the video plays or the video auto ends without playing. I restart fireTV and the sound issues are fixed. So far I cannot seem to play one video just on fire tv but it works well on other devices.

What kind of audio system is the Fire hooked to?  Did you read the popup message that came up on first run?  How did you respond to it and how is the audio option in the app settings set?

Its hooked to just the television with 2 auxiliary speakers. I dont recall a pop up message on the Emby app on first run. As for sound settings in app settings they were all left at default.

Change your audio mode to "Downmix to Stereo".
