Emby wont direct play my files

Hello,

I encoded all my video files to mp4 (h264) and AAC audio so that my server does not need to transcode.

When I stream the files with emby (using Firefox or Chrome) it is still transcoding my files.

Why is Emby doing that? How can I force Emby to use direct play?

I really hope you can help me.

The server does not have media info for that item therefore it's unable to determine that it can direct play. Try refreshing from the detail screen
