tomcdj 0 Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Hey ! I've installed Emby on a server (Debian 8.4) Monday but since Thursday, i'm not able to play any movies on the web app or on iOs and Android app. I've also purchased a Premiere Lifetime but nothing has changed. I haven't change any settings, only setup libraries and users. How can i repair this issue? Thanks in advance

Solution Luke 42085 Posted May 7, 2016 Solution Posted May 7, 2016 It looks like perhaps your installed version of ffmpeg is old and needs to be updated. It seems to be missing some required features Unrecognized option 'preset'. Error splitting the argument list: Option not found 1
tomcdj 0 Posted May 7, 2016 Author Posted May 7, 2016 (edited) I've tried apt-get update && apt-get upgrade and i've updated libssl-dev libssl-doc libssl1.0.0 libtasn1-6 openssl after stop emby-server but always the same error :/ still no preset :/ EDIT : after a apt-get install libimage-exiftool-perl ffmpeg everything works. Yeah Many thanks for the help Luke Edited May 7, 2016 by tomcdj
