Disable "Try Multi-Select" Notification

Is there a possibility to disable the 'Try Multi-select' popup/notification whenever I open the Emby Webinterface?

I know that it probably is saved in a cookie, but as some of my devices dont save cookies, it pops up every time I open it again.

First, is it a feature important enough for such a prominent way of notfication?

Second, can't the state be saved along the User object on the server?

Third, if not one of the above, then can you add a toggle like "disable new feature notifications"

Agreed. Please remove the notification (it's been around for a few versions now), give admins a way to disable it globally, or users to disable it individually.

I guess you could use custom css.

dialog.scrollY.promptDialog.centeredDialog.opened {display: none}

Edit: Can't do that, it will break all dialogs.

Hey hey... that dialog isn't supposed to appear every time you logon.

Here it only appears the first time an user logs in.

Yea if its' happening all the time then it would be due to browsing data getting constantly cleared.

As already mentioned some of my browsers are set to discard cookies after it is closed.

(And that should be the correct usage scneario for public computer usage, too).

Question is: Could that be saved along the user data on the server? Or do I have to live with it because I will not change my browsers behaviour in general? (Totally fine with both, just asking)

Yes it will eventually be moved to server-side storage.
