Trailers no longer playing

I had problems with trailers awhile back but then we got them working correctly.

 

I noticed it a few weeks back while watching movies in Kodi that trailers weren't working before my movies. I know its Kodi so it could not be Emby so I just remember to test today in Chrome and they did not play as well. My custom into plays before the movie but no trailers. 

 

I have trailers listed in my menu and I can play them there.

 

Currently on version  3.0.5929.0 but since the problem started a few weeks ago, not sure what version I was on then. Running a Docker on unraid.

Sorry bout that, didn't thing about that. Here are 2 of them. I am testing this remotely and vpned into my house. I have done it this way in the past and it worked. My kodi playback is local.

Did you find anything that might be going on? I will do whatever testing you need. I've checked after every update but still not working.

Well you say trailers stopped playing but the transcoding logs above don't appear to be from a trailer 

/bin/ffmpeg -loglevel debug -fflags +genpts -i file:"/movies/The Throwaways (2015).mkv"

There is no log because it doesn't seem like its even trying to play any trailers. It go right into my custom into and then the movie.

Ok i just got them working but only if I enabled include trailers from older movies. If that is in unchecked, nothing plays.

oh sweet, i see you have trailers working in Safari now. I remember months back part of the problem was i was testing in safari and you said that was a known problem.

Yup, that was recently addressed.

Just tested again on 3.0.5949.0 and trailers work now as they should.
