Unhandled Exception - Cannot access a disposed object.

I'm trying to do a full refresh on my entire Movies and TVShows library.  I go into Metadata Manager, select the media folder (either Moves or TV Shows), then do Refresh / Full Refresh.  I noticed that it wasn't completing the refresh.  I saw in the server log that it was stopping the refresh part way through, and wouldn't pick back up unless I trigger it again.  Sometimes the server would go unavailable for a short moment at the same time as the stoppage (reported by my Kodi clients).

At the end of the server log (it always starts a new one when it hits this error) is an unhandled exception.  This is also dumped into a separate "unhandled_" log file.

Unhandled log:  http://sprunge.us/QbSP

Full server log:  http://sprunge.us/QVIO

This log shows a clean restart of the server, and me firing off the refresh all the way through to the crash.

I get the same results with doing an "Add missing data only" type of refresh.

There seem to be some stream related exceptions getting thrown under mono 4.4. Try 4.2.

Yea, ok, looks like that might be it.  I'll hold on 4.2 for now.

Did you find an open bug report to the mono team, or do we need to open one?

Is there an opportunity to catch the exception in the Emby code so it can at least continue without crashing?  A side effect of this is that it kills anything that Emby is doing at that time - ie:  active LiveTV recording stops, then starts again which means that you lose the first part of the show as it overwrites the recording file.

Thanks Luke!
