How To Remove Play Icon From Movie Posters

I was given advice on how to add custom css to Emby so that I could remove the check mark icon that shows if a movie has been watched. I'm now wondering how to remove the play button icon that shows up on every movie poster in the web client. Any help is greatly appreciated!
