Stuck at signout

Initial log-in is fine, but if I try to logout I get stuck at the spinning circle, the login user list screen never appears.

 

Tried updating to current (today)  version as well as deleting my %appdata%\Roaming\Emby Theater directory, still have the same issue.

 

Closing the window after signing out is the only way to switch users.

 

Server log shows this when I sign out:
