arrbee99 1815 Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 Wondering if anyone might know why Coverart might not be applying finishes to a few items, for the last few days on and off, as seen below... This on server version 3.0.5917.24817, IE11 (and Chrome), Win 10 Prol.
Solution Deathsquirrel 745 Posted March 16, 2016 Solution Posted March 16, 2016 It doesn't apply the thumb treatment to the movies that lack a thumb. Emby generates a fake thumb from the movie title and the backdrops, but coverart finishes don't get applied to those. 1
jordy 284 Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 If the metadata fetcher cannot find a thumb image, just make a copy of one of the "backdrop" images and rename it "thumb.jpg" then coverart will apply the required treatment. I have had several movies that haven't been able to scrape a thumb image and this works fine. If you are handy with photoshop/paint.net etc you can open the folder image, select and copy the name of the movie and add it to the thumb image to make it match your other thumbs. cheers
