Movies by Genre Folder and Genre Art

Does your ImagesByName folder have a subfolder called "metadata"?

Yes it does.  And it didn't even have a General folder inside of it but I just created one and moved Movies By Genre folder to it and it is working once again.

If you also had People data directly under that folder, make sure you merge it with what is now under "metadata" as that is where the server is looking now.

So just so I understand - all of the rest of the folders I have under ImagesByName that are not underneath metadata are no longer doing anything?

Correct.  Just move/merge them into the metadata subfolder.
