Libray image format problem

Hello,

 

 

   For some reason at some point after a server update (no I do not remember which one), all my library images changed and were formatted in a weird way.  The covers used to generate it appeared stretched.  At some point after a few subsequent upgrades, the library images for my Movies and Music Shows libraries came back as normal but I am still sutck with a wrongly formatted image for my TV Shows library.  Is there any way to fix this? (look at attached pics)

 

  I am running Server Version 3.0.5871.0

If your go to metadata manager, and select the parent library, and click Refresh... it usually regenerates these... or it has for me.

Thanks.  Going to Metadata Manager, selecting the library and selecting the Full refresh option regenerated a new library image.  The Local Refresh option I tried before that did not work.
