CoverArt custom image size?

I'd like to add a custom "3D" overlay image.  What size does this need to be to show up?

It shouldn't matter too much as it will get scaled.  The originals are about 150px high.

Thanks EBR, I've tried adding the image, browsing to the location of the image but it won't show when selecting custom.  I have it in png format.

And what is the name of the file in that location?  Should be "3d.png".
