Install WIN server opens IE browser

I had an blow up on my existing server.

 

All fixed now but I need to reinstall the server software.

 

I get this now when I execute the server down load.

 

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.Releases/master/Server/windows/release/MediaBrowser.Server.Installer.application

 

I do not remember this before and I did look through the forums and didn't see anything like this.

 

I may have missed it honestly.

 

What to do what to do?

Step 1. Dont panic

Its the clickonce cache corrupted for some reason. This is usually easy to fix.

I didn't have to do anything about the clickonce.

 

So far......

 

I just did the dreaded windows update and POOF, Emby was there.

 

Did the server update and did get the MS C+++, whatever that is, and installed it.

 

This was 100% self inflicted.

Not an Emby server software glitch.
